Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and compassionate Event Childcare Providers to deliver exceptional childcare experiences at a variety of events. In this role, you will supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety, engagement, and well-being throughout the event. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for families while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Duties

• Supervise children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, during events
• Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and engagement
• Ensure the safety of children by monitoring their behavior and responding promptly to any needs or emergencies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming childcare area throughout the event
• Communicate effectively with parents and event staff regarding children's needs or concerns
• Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among children
• Assist with basic caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding, or comforting children as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones
• Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Ability to handle toddler care and infant care with patience and attentiveness
• Strong teaching skills to facilitate fun learning activities
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
• Reliable, energetic, and adaptable with a positive attitude toward caregiving roles
