What we are looking for

Consiglieri is seeking an Event Content Manager to develop the content strategy and programming for one of our key clients’ largest annual partner events. In this role, you will design end-to-end event content that supports brand objectives and drives critical business outcomes for a successful year. The work encompasses setting content pillars and the programming structure, building session narratives, crafting speaker talking points, and creating compelling PowerPoint slides and visualizations.

You will collaborate closely with PR, event, and marketing teams to execute content strategies, translating insights, data, and research into clear, compelling narratives aligned with the event’s themes. You will design content programming tailored to specific B2B audiences and venues, ensuring alignment with overarching narratives and partner goals. Following the event, you will lead partner communications and content distribution strategies to extend the programming’s impact across channels and audiences.

In addition to creative responsibilities, you will oversee key project management tasks, including developing project plans, defining timelines, and prioritizing tasks to meet crucial milestones. Your ability to foster open and collaborative communication, manage feedback, and drive timely, action-oriented decision-making across multiple stakeholders will be key to success.

You will manage a team of two junior content specialists, ensuring their work aligns with plans and timelines. As the team is designed to be small and nimble, you must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously against deadlines with limited oversight, and skilled at inspiring high-quality work from your direct reports.

This is a
remote role from February 2 - June 12, 2026, with compensation ranging from $600 - $800 per day, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and manage a comprehensive content strategy in support of client’s signature annual event
  • Develop content plans, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks against strategic priorities, brand narrative, and key partner objectives
  • Write and refine assets across event sessions, with a particular eye towards making the materials clear and engaging
  • Build compelling PowerPoint slide content that creates visual interest and drives attendee engagement
  • Develop post-event communications and content that extend the impact of the event to key partners after the show wraps
  • Act as your own project manager to ensure timely and coordinated asset delivery; track deliverables, review cycles, and approval milestones; and identify and mitigate risks in partnership with client stakeholders
  • Liaise between client stakeholders and other content specialists supporting the same event
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing channel leads, stakeholders, and production teams, bringing concepts to life, soliciting feedback, and ensuring leadership alignment throughout the process
Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing content strategists in the same field.
  • Expertise in strategic writing and communication for business and public relations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex B2B product or industry concepts into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant content for a partner audience.
  • An excellent presenter among colleagues, both in what you put on the slides and how you deliver the information, turning the complex into the clear
  • Proven ability to enforce strict editorial standards, maintain consistent brand voice across all assets, and provide clear, constructive feedback to a team of writers and designers.
  • Proven project management capabilities, with experience leading content initiatives end-to-end, balancing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes against defined objectives.
  • Action-oriented and comfortable working independently and with ambiguity
