Event controller (Main Operation Centre)

Role: Event Control Room – Event Logger

Location: Downtown Dubai (near Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall)

Contract: 24th December to 1st January

Event Overview:

Large-scale live event featuring a parade, entertainment acts, shows, and fireworks.

Role Summary:

The Event Logger will be based in the Event Control Room and responsible for logging all real-time updates coming from the ground teams, including operations, incidents, timings, and key event activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Log live updates from on-ground teams during the event

Maintain accurate and time-stamped event records

Support the Control Room team with clear reporting and coordination

Rate: AED 2000 per day

Requirements:

Must have own valid UAE residence visa

Prior experience in event operations or control room logging preferred

Strong communication and attention to detail
