Event Coordinator

• Handle guest enquiries regarding packages and convert those enquiries to confirmed orders through effective up-selling techniques.
• Responsible for the setup and execution of party bookings
• Responsible to create packages tailored to guest’s/customers’ requirements with high apt up-selling and business techniques.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of all agreed party requirements which includes cost, menu, decorations and other services. - . -
• Responsible for post-party / event follow up and ensuring that customer feedback forms/reports are completed and shared with the Team Leader and Centre Manager.

Qualifications: -

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Must have 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in the same capacity or similar field birthday party operations is mandatory
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must be an Arabic speaker
• Ladies prefered
• Other nationalilties who can speak arabic very well can apply for this positions
