Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator with Anwa Properties, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and London, United Kingdom. The Event Coordinator will plan, organize, and manage various events, oversee logistics, and ensure successful event execution. Responsibilities include selecting venues, coordinating with vendors, managing event budgets, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. Assisting in sales efforts and delivering excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Sales, with a focus on building client relationships
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Relevant experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous
