We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Event Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of our marketing events. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events including product launches, trade shows, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive event strategies utilizing multichannel marketing approaches such as social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful delivery within scope and resources.
- Create compelling content for event promotion using copywriting skills and content marketing strategies.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize online event presence across platforms like WordPress websites and social media channels.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline registration processes, follow-ups, and post-event engagement.
- Analyze event performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising insights, Google AdWords data, and other analytics tools to measure ROI and inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives and B2B marketing efforts to maximize outreach opportunities.
- Design visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite for promotional purposes.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to boost event attendance.
- Conduct research on industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovative event concepts and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with product management teams for integrated messaging during events that highlight key features or launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or event coordination with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, social media marketing platforms (Facebook Advertising), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, WordPress, HTML basics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Knowledge of performance marketing tactics including E-commerce strategies and print advertising integration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent research skills to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments such as sales, product management, and creative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred but not required; relevant experience is highly valued.
