Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external company events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event logistics including setup, branding, seating, registrations, and guest lists.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams for event promotions and communication.
- Prepare event budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
- Handle on-site supervision and ensure all events meet company standards.
- Maintain an event calendar and ensure timely delivery of all activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle events under tight timelines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
