Overview:

We’re looking to fill 2 rolls in our company, Event Delivery Logistics Crew & Event Staff for our seasonal outdoor operations team. These roles are responsible for the safe delivery, professional setup, event staff monitoring (if needed), and teardown of inflatables, obstacle courses, water slides, games and other party rentals equipment! These positions play a key role in creating safe, fun, and memorable experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate is punctual, physically capable, customer-friendly, and thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments.

Pay:

Delivery Driver: $20-$25/hr

Event Staff: $15-$20

Schedule: Primarily Weekends, Saturday/Sunday. Occasional Friday‘s and Weekday’s.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Delivery Driver/Setup & Teardown Crew:

• Safely operate company trucks and trailers to and from event locations
• Load, secure, transport, and unload inflatable equipment and accessories
• Verify delivery routes, schedules, and job details prior to departure
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report issues
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are accounted for before and after each route
• Lead/conduct proper setup, anchoring, inflation, and positioning of inflatables and attractions
• Ensure equipment is installed according to safety guidelines and manufacturer standards
• Perform pre-operations safety inspections at each location
• Break down, clean up, roll, and load equipment after events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and storage areas

Event Staff:

• Address performance issues professionally and promptly
• Respond calmly and professionally to customer questions or concerns
• Resolve minor issues on-site when possible
• Escalate larger issues to management when necessary
• Ensure customers are satisfied before leaving the location

Safety and Compliance:

• Record equipment issues, damages or missing items
• Communicate schedule updates and delays to management
• Maintain clear communication with crew members and management
• Monitor children on units for safety

Qualifications:

Required for Events Delivery Driver: Valid Drivers License with clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old.

Delivery Driver & Event Staff Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow detail instructions
• Weekend availability

Preferred Experience: (Willing to train the right candidate!)

• Experience in party rentals is a plus!
• Customer Service
• Experience towing trailers (for Delivery Driver Position)
• Familiarity with GPS routing, mobile scheduling systems
• Event Services or Management experience is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying
• Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time
• Working in hot, humid conditions
• Loading and unloading heavy equipment
• Working early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
