Event executive/Talent booker

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and creative female candidate to join our team in Dubai. This is a dual-role position where your primary responsibility will be as a Talent Booker & Event Coordinator, while also supporting with 3D stand and activation design when required.

Since client design projects are still in development stages, the role will initially focus more on booking and coordination — design assignments will be on an as-needed basis. This offers an excellent growth path for someone who wants to combine event management with creative design.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bookings of models, promoters, and hostesses for events, campaigns, and shoots
• Communicate with clients regarding requirements, briefings, and timelines
• Maintain and update the talent database with accuracy
• Assist with casting coordination, scheduling, and availability checks
• Prepare and manage paperwork, contracts, and correspondence
• Support project management for brand activations and shoots
• Design (as required): Create 3D stand and activation concepts using SketchUp (or similar), producing professional-level renderings for client presentations
• Take on non-design tasks when needed (site visits, logistics, assisting team members, etc.)

What You Need to Succeed

• Female candidates only
• Confident in spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Skilled in 3 D ,SketchUp or similar programs, able to produce high-standard renderings
• Fresh graduates may apply if confident to work independently and creatively
• Event, marketing, or talent agency experience is an advantage
• Based in Dubai (driving license is a bonus)
