The Concept WLL is looking for a creative and experienced Event & Exhibition Designer to join our growing team.

If you have strong experience in designing exhibition stands, event structures, and creative spaces, and are capable of turning concepts into production-ready designs, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event / exhibition design

* Strong proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, and related design software

* Ability to create high-quality 3D renders and presentation visuals

* Experience in preparing BOQ, budgeting, and production drawings

* Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and event production processes

* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities:

* Design exhibition stands, event spaces, and brand activations

* Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and production files

* Work closely with the production and sales teams to develop project concepts

* Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for projects
