Event Experience Associate - Lunautics Beauty Bars

Lunautics is a festival beauty brand known for glitter, self-expression, and immersive beauty experiences at live events. We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our Las Vegas Beauty Bar team and help bring the energy to life.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you’ll support setup, manage guest check-ins and appointments, drive retail sales, and keep the vibe elevated across the space. You’ll work alongside braiders, artists, and content creators while helping create a fun, seamless experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Manage guest check-in and appointment flow using Acuity or similar systems
• Drive retail sales and maintain merchandising standards
• Deliver strong, on-brand customer service
• Support braiders, artists, and content creators during service flow
• Help facilitate meet & greets and special moments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace
• Be comfortable appearing in photo/video content

Qualifications:

• Must be based in Las Vegas (local applicants only)
• Retail, merchandising, beauty, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Familiar with Acuity Scheduling or similar CRM tools is a plus
• Outgoing, reliable, and confident on camera
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset

Requirements:

• 8-hour shifts between April 12 – April 17
• Late evening availability required on April 14
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Reliable transportation

Legal Stuff

This will be a 1099, contracted freelance artist position. You will be paid by our payroll provider for your hours reported within 30 days of your last reported shift. Your hours will be reported directly by our onsite events manager.
