Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Report to job site on time

Present professional appearance and conduct

Greet guests upon arrival, thank guests upon exiting

Know the park hours of operations, schedule and times of special events.

Answer guests’ questions, provide directions to visitors

Customer service experience preferred

May be assigned to ticket scanning, ball pit attendant, concessions, box office cashier, or activity rooms.

Able to work outside on your feet for entire shift

Report any unusual activity or possible hazards

Subject to criminal background check and random drug testing prior to and during employment (failure to pass will not automatically disqualify candidates from employment)

High school diploma or GED required

Must be 18 years or older or possess a valid work permit

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• Event is in the parking lot of Ontario Mills shopping mall. Event is open from 5:00 pm until 10 or 11 pm, 6 days/week. Are you available for most shifts and are you willing to perform the task you are assigned to whether it's box office or activity room attendant or something else?

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)
