We are seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Event Hostess to represent our brand and ensure guests have a welcoming and seamless experience during events, exhibitions, and conferences in Dubai. The hostess will act as the first point of contact, providing assistance, information, and support to attendees while maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about the event, company, products, or services.
- Assist in guest registration, ticketing, and seating arrangements.
- Guide and direct visitors within the event venue.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, or promotional materials.
- Support the event team with coordination and smooth execution of activities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
- Ensure the exhibition booth/venue area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- Represent the company brand with courtesy, confidence, and elegance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hostess, promoter, customer service, or in events (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic or other languages a plus).
- Presentable appearance with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
