Event Hostess

• Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GST (UAE local time)

We are seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Event Hostess to represent our brand and ensure guests have a welcoming and seamless experience during events, exhibitions, and conferences in Abu Dhabi . The hostess will act as the first point of contact, providing assistance, information, and support to attendees while maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide information about the event, company, products, or services.
• Assist in guest registration, ticketing, and seating arrangements.
• Guide and direct visitors within the event venue.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, or promotional materials.
• Support the event team with coordination and smooth execution of activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.
• Ensure the exhibition booth/venue area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
• Represent the company brand with courtesy, confidence, and elegance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess, promoter, customer service, or in events (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic or other languages a plus).
• Presentable appearance with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: AED150.00 - AED200.00 per day
