Event Lead

Captivate Event Rentals is a fast-growing event rental company specializing in high-quality tables, chairs, tents, lounge furniture, dance floors, and specialty event equipment. We serve weddings, corporate events, private parties, and large-scale productions across the Valley.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Event Lead to supervise warehouse operations and field crews. This is a leadership position focused on accountability, order accuracy, team performance, and execution excellence.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in an event rental company, strong warehouse knowledge, and proven leadership ability. Key responsibilities include:

Warehouse Supervision & Order Accuracy

Oversee daily warehouse operations and staging

Ensure all outgoing orders are pulled accurately and completely

Double-check quantities, condition, and load integrity before dispatch

Monitor inventory control and report discrepancies

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

Crew Leadership & Accountability

Supervise warehouse staff and delivery crews

Ensure team members are following procedures and company standards

Assign tasks clearly and hold team accountable for performance

Train new team members on proper loading, handling, and setup

Serve as point person for problem-solving during load-outs and returns

Delivery & Event Execution

Lead or assist with deliveries and pickups as needed

Ensure safe operation of box trucks and equipment

Verify proper setup and breakdown at event sites

Represent the company professionally with clients onsite

Equipment & Facility Oversight

Conduct routine inspections of trucks and warehouse equipment

Oversee proper use of pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and lifts

Identify damaged or missing inventory and report accordingly

Looking for experience driving a box , warehouse experience, and leadership experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
