Event Logistics Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Event Logistics Technician to deliver, set up, and retrieve party rental equipment including inflatable amusement devices (bounce houses), dunk tanks, obstacle courses, and other event-related items. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and helping create memorable events for customers.

No prior experience is required — we provide training.

Key Responsibilities

-Safely load, transport, and unload party rental equipment

-Set up and properly secure inflatable amusement devices and other equipment according to safety guidelines

-Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure cleanliness and proper working condition

-Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery and pickup

-Review setup locations to ensure safe placement of equipment

-Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner

Tear down equipment efficiently and return it to the warehouse

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and vehicles

Requirements

-Must be at least 18 years old

-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

-Must be available to work weekends (required)

-Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs)

-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

-Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

-Must pass a background check

-No violent or drug-related criminal charges

Experience

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
