Event Manager – Business Development Focus

Memory Lanes Events Organizing & Managing L.L.C is a Dubai-based events and entertainment company specializing in:

• Corporate events
• Government & private sector activations
• Festivals & live performances
• Artistic talent contracting
• Music bands & entertainment services
• Event production & filming

We are expanding and seeking a dynamic Event Manager who can both manage events and actively generate business within the UAE market.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing, revenue-driven position.

The ideal candidate must:

• Generate new event bookings
• Maintain and grow UAE industry relationships
• Manage events from planning to execution
• Run and oversee social media marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities Business Development (Primary)

• Bring new clients across corporate, private, and entertainment sectors
• Leverage existing UAE contacts to secure bookings
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Achieve monthly revenue targets

Event Management

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion
• Coordinate vendors, performers, and production teams
• Ensure smooth on-site operations
• Maintain high client satisfaction

Marketing & Campaigns

• Manage social media platforms
• Run paid advertising campaigns
• Generate leads through digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance & ROI

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• 2–4+ years of UAE events industry experience
• Strong professional network in the UAE
• Proven ability to generate business
• Knowledge of social media marketing & paid ads
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Presentable and confident in client interactions
