Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, target-oriented Event Sales & Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across our event services, including corporate & sports events, brand activations, team building programs, exhibitions, and special event solutions.

This is a sales-first role , with marketing and event coordination supporting deal closure and account growth.


Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Handle incoming inquiries, RFQs, and client briefs
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitching
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company margins
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and follow-ups
  • Build long-term client relationships and secure repeat business


Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in events or B2B services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
Preferred Experience
  • Event, marketing, or production agency background
  • Experience working with corporate, government, or large organizations
  • Familiarity with RFQs, tenders, and procurement processes
  • Existing corporate network in Oman is a strong plus


Compensation & Incentives
  • Base salary: OMR 400–800 (based on experience)
  • Commission linked to closed deals and achieved targets
  • Performance-based growth opportunities
