Job Overview
We are seeking a
driven, target-oriented Event Sales & Business Development Executive
to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across our event services, including corporate & sports events, brand activations, team building programs, exhibitions, and special event solutions.
This is a
sales-first role
, with marketing and event coordination supporting deal closure and account growth.
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals

Handle incoming inquiries, RFQs, and client briefs

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitching
-
Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company margins
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and follow-ups
-
Build long-term client relationships and secure repeat business
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

4–6 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in events or B2B services
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
Preferred Experience

Event, marketing, or production agency background

Experience working with corporate, government, or large organizations
-
Familiarity with RFQs, tenders, and procurement processes

Existing corporate network in Oman is a strong plus
Compensation & Incentives

Base salary:
OMR 400–800
(based on experience)
