Event Marketing Specialist

About the Role

9X Markets is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to help create engaging experiences that connect our global community across the trading, fintech, and Web3 industries.

From international conferences and exhibitions to webinars, AMAs, and community meetups, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering events that strengthen our brand, build meaningful relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline events, including conferences, exhibitions, webinars, AMAs, networking events, and community meetups.
• Coordinate with partners, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance and engagement.
• Represent 9X Markets at industry events and build relationships with clients, partners, and the wider Web3 and trading community.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting.
• Identify new event opportunities and partnerships that support brand awareness and community growth.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or a similar role.
• Experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or online trading is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Event marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Web3: 2 years (Preferred)
