Event Matcha Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and confident part-time barista to support our brand at World of Coffee Dubai 2026. As a leading matcha supplier, you will represent our brand at the exhibition, preparing and serving high-quality matcha while engaging with visitors throughout the event.

This is an event-based role suited for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve matcha beverages, including traditional whisked matcha and matcha lattes, during live event hours
• Engage with visitors by explaining product features, grades, and general benefits in a clear and professional manner
• Ensure consistent quality standards for taste, appearance, and presentation
• Answer basic questions regarding our products and offerings, including wholesale and retail information
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the matcha preparation station throughout the event

Requirements:

• Ability to work confidently in a busy exhibition environment for extended periods
• Previous experience as a barista or in beverage preparation is preferred
• Familiarity with matcha preparation techniques is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (including Arabic) are an advantage
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable standing for long hours

Event Details:

• Dates: January 18, 19, and 20, 2026 (availability for 1–3 days required)
• Training: Must be available to visit the office for product training during the week of January 12–17

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From AED500.00 per day
