Event Operation Executive

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EVENT OPERATIONS:-

We are looking for Male Candidates with Event Background Experience employees only.

• Work with different departments & external stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met
• Develop final event logistics plans to support project plans.
• Ensure event follow local security, Workplace Safety, and Health regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and services are secured on time and within budget
• Manage adjustments to event programs to counter environmental issues and threats.
• Manage escalated on-site issues.
• Manage execution of event logistics plans to support project plans.
• Manage security during events.
• Recee and handover of venues.
• Resolve escalated participants' inquiries regarding the events.
• Review incident summary reports to determine areas of improvement for event safety and security.
• Supervise volunteer deployment at the events.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop event strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Defence Colony, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Events management: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
