Job Description

We are currently seeking an Event Operations Assistant to support the planning and execution of sports events, tournaments, and training programs in Qatar.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, energetic, and interested in working in live sports environments and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and execution of sports events
• Coordinate logistics for venues, equipment, and staff
• Support event scheduling and on-site operations
• Communicate with vendors, teams, and participants
• Maintain event documentation and checklists
• Ensure smooth operations during live events

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Interest in sports, events, or hospitality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• English proficiency required
• Previous experience in events or sports is an advantage
