Event Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Operations Coordinator to join the Fruitful Day team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with a passion for people, precision, and ensuring every activation runs seamlessly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our event storage, preparing and inspecting event stands and equipment, coordinating logistics, and supporting our team both on-site and behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Event Preparation & Logistics

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and coordinate all non-kitchen equipment for upcoming events.
• ⁠ ⁠Manage logistics for event branding, customization, dropoffs and pick-ups.
• ⁠ Schedule staff across multiple events per day.
• ⁠ ⁠Be present for offloads at the office when required to ensure smooth handovers.
• ⁠ ⁠Communicate efficiently with drivers and the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
  
  

On-Site Support

• ⁠ ⁠Serve as on-site event service staff or supervisor, depending on the event scale and staffing structure.
• ⁠ ⁠Participate in internal event planning meetings to support operational readiness.
  
  

Storage & Equipment Management

• ⁠ ⁠Oversee storage organization, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct regular inspections of event stands and equipment to ensure they meet Fruitful Day's quality standards.
• ⁠ ⁠Communicate repair or refurbishment needs to relevant teams.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all stands and equipment, including tracking items going in and out for events.
