About The Role
TalentPop is looking for an Event Operations & Logistics Specialist who thrives on coordination, organization, and execution. In this role, you’ll oversee the operational side of events and travel, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to post-event wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute company events such as team gatherings, conferences, and off-sites

Source venues and handle booking logistics

Coordinate with vendors including catering, AV, and event services

Develop event timelines, checklists, and execution plans

Manage travel arrangements including flights and accommodations

Monitor budgets and track event-related expenses

Ensure alignment with company branding and standards

Collaborate with internal teams to support event initiatives

Continuously improve workflows and systems for event planning
Qualifications

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

Comfortable working remotely and independently
Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in events, operations, or similar roles

Experience supporting executives or leadership teams is a plus

Background in travel coordination is an advantage
