Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage event schedules, bookings, and logistics
• Ensure smooth execution of events and guest experiences
• Assist with event promotions and marketing activities
• Prepare event reports and feedback summaries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexible to work weekends and event days when required
