Event Planner

We are looking for a talented Event Planner who can create stylish, well-executed, and memorable events from concept to completion. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences — we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas
• Coordinate with vendors (decor, AV, venues, catering, entertainment, etc.)
• Plan and manage event budgets
• Oversee timelines, logistics, and project execution
• Communicate with clients and understand their needs
• Prepare event schedules, layouts, and presentations
• Ensure high quality execution and handle on-site coordination

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in event planning
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Dubai event market is a plus
• Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain premium service
