Overview

We are hiring a Fresh Event Planner to join our prestigious hotel in Dubai. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about organizing events and providing top-notch hospitality experiences

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating hotel events (weddings, conferences, corporate meetings, etc.)
  • Work closely with clients to understand event specifications and provide customized solutions
  • Collaborate with various hotel departments (catering, housekeeping, AV, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for event needs
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Provide on-site support during events and ensure client satisfaction
  • Help in post-event reporting and feedback collection
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when needed
