Requirements

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

* خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تنظيم/تشغيل الفعاليات

* مهارات قوية في التنظيم والمتابعة

* تواصل ممتاز مع العملاء والموردين

* قابلية للعمل الميداني أثناء الفعاليات

* يفضّل توفر سيارة أو القدرة على التنقل داخل الشرقية

* Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning / operations

* Strong organization and follow-up skills

* Excellent communication with clients and suppliers

* Ability to work on-site during event days

* Preferably has a car / able to move around the Eastern Region

Roles And Responsibilities

* تنظيم وإدارة الفعاليات من التخطيط إلى التنفيذ

* التنسيق مع الموردين (قاعات، ضيافة، ديكور، طباعة، تصوير…)

* تجهيز موقع الفعالية والإشراف على التشغيل أثناء الحدث

* متابعة الجدول الزمني ومتطلبات التنفيذ

* التأكد من جاهزية جميع عناصر الفعالية قبل وأثناء التنفيذ

* Plan and manage events from planning to execution

* Coordinate with suppliers (venue, catering, decor, printing, photography…)

* Support on-site setup and event operations

* Follow up on timelines and execution requirements

* Ensure all event elements are ready before and during delivery
