Event Production & Client Coordinator

About ATX Bubbles

ATX Bubbles transforms ordinary events into extraordinary experiences through custom balloon installations, LED marquee letters, and premium event rentals throughout Austin, Texas. From birthdays and weddings to corporate activations, we design and execute high-impact visual moments that leave lasting impressions.

We are a fast-growing event production company looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Position Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role that combines hands-on event production with client coordination and creative project support.

You will assist with event prep, installation, and teardown — while also contributing to client communication, quoting, and project planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both working on-site and contributing to the event planning and execution behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Production & Installation

  • Design and construct balloon installations and décor elements
  • Execute event setup and teardown at venues across Austin
  • Transport materials, inventory, and equipment safely
  • Work on ladders and in various venue environments
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site during installations

Event Prep & Operations

  • Prepare inventory and materials for upcoming events
  • Assist in quality control before client delivery
  • Maintain warehouse organization and inventory flow
  • Ensure materials and equipment are handled with care

Client Coordination & Project Support

  • Assist with client communication and quoting
  • Support project design and concept planning
  • Help ensure accurate timelines and seamless execution
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during events
  • Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes

Schedule Expectations

This is not a traditional 9–5 position. Event schedules vary, and work hours are driven by client timelines. While this is a full-time role, candidates must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and occasional late nights depending on event needs.

Flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • Valid Texas driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Interest in growing into client/project management
  • Event industry experience is a plus (but not required)
