Position Overview
The Event Production & Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion. This role ensures seamless production, smooth logistics, and a high-quality experience for attendees, clients, and stakeholders. The manager will lead vendor coordination, on-ground execution, budgeting, and logistics management for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, and large-scale experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, themes, and deliverables.
- Develop event execution plans, production timelines, and logistics frameworks.
- Conduct venue research, site visits, and feasibility studies for event locations.
Production Management
- Oversee stage, audio-visual, lighting, and décor setup.
- Manage creative production elements such as set design, branding installations, and digital content displays.
- Supervise rehearsals, run-throughs, and technical checks to ensure flawless execution.
Logistics & Operations
- Plan and manage all logistical aspects including transport, accommodation, equipment movement, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies for timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Track expenses and provide post-event financial reconciliations.
On-Site Execution
- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and crew during event days.
- Manage event setup, registration, stage transitions, catering, and guest flow.
- Handle last-minute changes, troubleshooting, and crisis management.
Post-Event Management
- Conduct debrief sessions with clients and teams.
- Prepare post-event reports including ROI analysis, feedback, and improvement strategies.
- Maintain records of vendors, production elements, and event assets for future use.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event production and logistics management.
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale corporate events.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and event software.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
