Event Execution and Management

Manage the end-to-end delivery of events, including planning, production coordination, execution, and post-event closure.

Prepare and maintain detailed event timelines, vendor lists, budgets, and project management documents.

Oversee all aspects of event logistics — venue coordination, branding installation, production supervision, catering, staffing, permits, and guest experience.

Monitor event budgets to achieve targeted profitability margins and maintain expense control throughout each project.

Lead all on-ground operations during events, ensuring flawless delivery, managing teams, and handling last-minute adjustments.

Prepare detailed post-event reports, including performance vs. target analysis, client feedback, learnings, and profitability review.

Attend site visits with vendors, clients, or internal teams as required during event planning and setup phases to ensure smooth coordination and accurate execution
Profitability and Tender Management

Ensure all events achieve or exceed pre-agreed profitability margins.

Lead or collaborate in the tendering and proposal preparation process for event-related opportunities.

Support the Sales Manager and Business Development team by providing feasibility inputs, timelines, and budgeting for pitches and RFPs.

Identify and propose upselling opportunities during event planning where feasible (e.g., additional branding, activations, content production).

Ensure all upsells or additions agreed upon with the client are properly documented, shared with the Sales/Accounts team, and reflected in the project financial tracking
Client Servicing and Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the event lifecycle (planning, execution, and closure).

Represent Paradox professionally during client meetings, briefings, presentations, and site visits.

Gather and consolidate client feedback post-event, identify improvement areas, and propose service enhancements.

Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or operational issues quickly and professionally during project delivery.

Creative Collaboration for Event PitchesParticipate actively with the Creative and Business Development teams during brainstorming sessions and pitch development.

Contribute operational feasibility recommendations to ensure creative concepts are executable within budget and timelines.

Assist in building event strategies, engagement plans, and experiential ideas for proposals and new business pitches.

Attend internal creative meetings to align operational planning with the creative storytelling direction.
Process Improvement and Internal Collaboration

Regularly review event processes and workflows to identify efficiency gaps and propose optimizations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Design, and Sales teams to ensure seamless handover between departments.

Maintain accurate records in project management tools (Asana, CRM, etc.) for tracking event deliverables, milestones, and learnings.
