Job Summary:

We are looking for young dynamic individuals who are capable of handling ground operations for events and conferences. Your primary focus will be handling the preparation and execution of services at events.

Job description:

Job Role : Events Operation Manager

Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent

Education : UG & PG ( Any Specialisation )

Work Experience : 7 - 12 Years in Event Agency

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Follows the event operations processes to deliver tasks to support the execution of operations including project initiations, events requirements and follow strict deadlines.

2. Manage large scale event projects and ensure that it is going as per plan, pre-empting issues that could arise and handle them on time.

3. Preparing detailed proposals for events including production timeline, venue & supplier details, legal obligations, staffing and budgets. Responsible for planning, execution, stagecraft, creative production, profitability of the events, Supervising, guiding and mentoring the team.

4. Good communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way to support the delivery of end-to-end Customer Service assurance.

5. Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop event strategies and deliver quality services to the client .

6. Knowledge of new technology in AV, Awareness of the latest elements used in production, Good understanding of materials, fabrication knowledge, Vendor management, fair knowledge of the market.

6. Maintain Vendor / Supplier database, ensure that the correct vendor is selected for suitable jobs with proper negotiation.

7. Develop final event logistics plans to support project plans. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and services are secured on time and within budget.

8. Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.


REQUIREMENTS:

* Knowledge on Production and Element Sheet.

* Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially ppt & excel)

* Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

* Familiarity with office equipment.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proactive enough to solve problems and make strong decisions.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

* Excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
