Role Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate Event Promotions Associate to help plan and execute marketing campaigns and fundraising events. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone excited about event planning, marketing, and making a difference. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing events including fundraisers, galas, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as social media management, email campaigns, and promotional content to drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Help develop marketing materials, donor communications, and outreach strategies for fundraising campaigns.
  • Track budgets and event expenses, and assist with reporting and post-event analysis.
  • Collect and analyze event data, attendee feedback, and fundraising results to optimize future campaigns.
  • Maintain event databases, contact lists, and marketing assets.
  • Provide administrative support for event preparation and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or nonprofit fundraising.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or event management platforms is a plus.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends when needed.
  • Passion for marketing, events, and fundraising.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
