Role Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate Event Promotions Associate to help plan and execute marketing campaigns and fundraising events. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone excited about event planning, marketing, and making a difference. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing events including fundraisers, galas, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing initiatives such as social media management, email campaigns, and promotional content to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Help develop marketing materials, donor communications, and outreach strategies for fundraising campaigns.
- Track budgets and event expenses, and assist with reporting and post-event analysis.
- Collect and analyze event data, attendee feedback, and fundraising results to optimize future campaigns.
- Maintain event databases, contact lists, and marketing assets.
- Provide administrative support for event preparation and communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or nonprofit fundraising.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or event management platforms is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends when needed.
- Passion for marketing, events, and fundraising.
