Accelerated Party Rentals LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Rentals Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of event rental services across Doha.

Position Summary

The Event Rentals Coordinator is responsible for managing rental orders, coordinating logistics, communicating with clients, and ensuring all event equipment and décor items are delivered, installed, and retrieved efficiently and on schedule. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless event experiences for corporate, private, and large-scale functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily rental operations including booking, scheduling, and order fulfillment
• Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and recommend suitable rental packages
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and rental contracts
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely preparation, delivery, setup, and pickup of event items
• Inspect rental equipment before and after events to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or damages
• Resolve client issues or last-minute changes in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in planning event layouts and setups when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during installations and dismantling

Requirements

• Previous experience in event planning, rentals, hospitality, or logistics preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or booking software is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
• Valid driving license (preferred, depending on operational needs)

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
