As our company scales, we're expanding our logistics operation. We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to take the lead on delivery execution, scheduling, and field operations, working closely with our Warehouse Manager to ensure every order leaves a lasting impression.

Position Overview

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of deliveries, pickups, routing, and day-of execution. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in operational excellence, and wants to be part of a dynamic leadership team that’s elevating the standard for event logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery operations, including dispatching, routing, timing, and crew assignments
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery, setup, and pickup of rental orders
• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery issues, client access questions, and on-site problem solving
• Use routing software and internal systems to schedule deliveries based on crew, geography, and event timing
• Conduct quality checks to ensure items are properly loaded, secured, and staged for efficient delivery
• Supervise, train, and motivate delivery teams to meet performance standards
• Work with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate inventory handoff, loading timelines, and route readiness
• Support communication with clients around delivery ETAs, access issues, and day-of service expectations
• Track order execution performance and help drive continuous improvement
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new delivery team members
• Step in as needed for problem-solving on major jobs, difficult access sites, or high-profile events

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing deliveries, dispatch, or logistics in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Excellent communicator, especially under pressure
• Experience in the event rental industry strongly preferred
• Comfortable using routing software and operational tools
• Ability to lead teams in the field, hold others accountable, and model professionalism
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Weekend availability required (many events happen on Saturdays/Sundays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
