Job Title: Event Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist (Inbound + Field Sales Hybrid)

Overview
Health Is Freedom is seeking a high-energy, sales-oriented professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines outbound calling with live event sales.
This position plays a critical role in driving attendance, increasing engagement, and maximizing revenue at our nationwide wellness seminars.
You will alternate weekly between working in-office making outbound calls and working in the field at live events, interacting directly with attendees and converting them into higher-value experiences.
If you are confident on the phone, comfortable in face-to-face interactions, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this is a high-impact opportunity with strong upside.
How the Role Works
Week 1 – In-Office (Outbound Sales & Confirmation)
- Call warm leads who have registered for upcoming seminars
- Confirm attendance and build excitement for the event
- Upsell attendees into a paid VIP one-on-one consultation experience
- Answer questions, handle objections, and increase show-up rates
- Accurately track call outcomes and conversions
Week 2 – In-Field (Live Event Sales & Engagement)
- Travel to seminar locations and represent the company on-site
- Check in and engage with attendees as they arrive
- Build rapport and create a strong first impression
- Identify opportunities to upgrade attendees who did not pre-purchase VIP
- Assist with event flow and support the sales team during the seminar
- Assist with seminar set up and preparation
This alternating structure continues week-over-week.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive attendance and revenue through outbound call efforts
- Convert free registrants into paid VIP consultation upgrades
- Represent the company professionally at live events
- Engage directly with attendees to enhance their experience
- Identify and capitalize on additional sales opportunities in real time
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and feedback
High performers will have opportunities for increased responsibilities and earnings.
Comp Structure
- Week 1 (In Office): $10/hr + $35/VIP Upgrade
- Week 2 (Traveling Seminar on-site): $50/upgrade
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator with both phone and in-person confidence
- Sales-minded with the ability to influence and persuade
- Energetic, personable, and comfortable engaging with older demographics (60+)
- Organized and reliable, with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with travel and adaptable to different environments
- Previous experience in sales, call centers, events, or hospitality is a plus
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
