Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to spearhead business development and client acquisition within the corporate sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping organizations elevate their brand through exceptional events.

You will be responsible for driving sales, creating tailored event solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for event management services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to design customized event proposals and pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, budgets, and service agreements to meet both client and company goals.
  • Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Oversee project handover to the event execution team, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in event sales, business development, or corporate client management (preferably in the events or hospitality industry).
  • Strong network of corporate contacts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with an understanding of event concepts and brand experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
