Event Sales Manager

We are looking for an Event Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is for someone who enjoys communication, understands client needs, and can close deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and attract new clients for events
• Contact leads, present our services, and prepare quotations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all client requirements are delivered
• Attend client meetings and site visits when needed
• Prepare weekly sales reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (event sales is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good level of English
• Currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
