We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Event Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events and entertainment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and sponsors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be currently based in Qatar (local hire only).
  • 5–8 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, business development, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language.
