About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Weddings Event Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a female Syrian professional fluent in Arabic and English, with proven experience managing wedding events within the UAE market.

You will be responsible for delivering high-end, memorable wedding experiences for our clients — from concept creation to flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage wedding events from start to finish.
• Conduct client meetings to understand event requirements and propose creative ideas.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, decorators, and service providers.
• Oversee event logistics, setup, operations, and on-site management.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

• Female, Syrian nationality
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Weddings or Events Manager in the UAE market
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
