Position Overview

Mendoza Private Security is now taking applications for temporary, seasonal security personnel for upcoming events in Sonoma and Napa. This is a flexible, part-time role suited for those looking to pick up extra shifts during the event season.

Schedule & Hours

● Hours: 10–30 hours per week (varies by event schedule).

● Availability: Weekend availability is required. Most shifts fall on Friday, Saturday, and

Sunday.

Responsibilities

● Manage access control and guest check-ins.

● Monitor event perimeters and high-traffic areas.

● Provide a professional, observant presence to ensure guest safety.

● Respond to incidents quickly and calmly.

Requirements

● Current California Guard Card.

● Reliable transportation to venues in both Sonoma and Napa.

● Ability to stand for long durations (event shifts are typically 6–12 hours).

● Professional demeanor and clear communication skills.
