About Us

We are a growing event-space business located in San Bernardino offering studio and venue rentals for parties, creative projects, and private events. We’re looking for someone local who is motivated, reliable, and excited to help us scale.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibilities will be meeting potential clients, giving in-person tours of the space, following up with leads, and helping close bookings alongside the owner. You will also assist with social media content creation to promote the venue daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet & tour prospective clients through the space
• Follow up with leads via call, text & DM
• Work directly with the owner to close bookings
• Create daily short-form content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Film & edit content using CapCut
• Design simple assets using Canva (or willing to learn)
• Help maintain a positive client experience
• Stay up to date with social media trends

Requirements

• Must live in/near San Bernardino
• Strong communication & people skills
• Comfortable touring clients in person
• Basic video editing (CapCut)
• Familiar with TikTok + Instagram
• Willing to learn Canva
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus

Compensation

• Hourly base pay
• 10% commission for each booking closed
