Event Supervisor / Event Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Supervisor / Coordinator with strong Food & Beverage experience to manage and execute events efficiently. The role involves supervising on-site operations, coordinating service teams, and ensuring high standards of event delivery. A valid driving license is required for site visits and event logistics. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

*Supervise and coordinate events from planning through execution

*Oversee food and beverage service during events to ensure quality and hygiene standards

*Coordinate with catering teams, vendors, and service staff

*Conduct venue inspections and manage event setup and dismantling

*Handle client requirements and ensure smooth on-site operations

*Monitor staffing, service flow, and event timelines

*Resolve operational issues promptly during events

*Manage event supplies, inventory, and equipment

*Prepare basic event reports and follow-ups

Requirements & Qualifications:

*Proven experience in event coordination/supervision

*Strong background in Food & Beverage operations (hotels, catering, banquets, or events)

*Excellent communication and team management skills

*Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

*Valid driving license (mandatory)

*Well-organized, presentable, and customer-focused

*Female candidates preferred

Preferred Skills:

*Experience in catering companies, hotels, or event management firms

*Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

*Problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
