Event Supervisor Required

We are hiring an experienced Event Supervisor to manage on-ground execution of wedding and corporate events at our banquet hall in Muridke. The role requires full-time presence on the event floor, direct control of staff, and coordination with all vendors to ensure smooth event flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise live events including Mehndi, Barat, Walima, Nikah, and corporate functions.
• Manage and control waiters, cleaners, décor team, and floor staff during events.
• Ensure event timelines, seating plans, and service standards are followed.
• Coordinate with catering, décor, sound, lighting, and maintenance teams.
• Handle guest issues and client requests immediately during events.
• Ensure hall readiness before events and proper closure after events.
• Report daily event status to Banquet Hall Manager.

Requirements
✔ Practical experience in wedding halls, marquees, or banquet halls
✔ Strong staff-handling and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work late nights, weekends, and event days
✔ Must be based in Muridke or nearby areas
