Compensation: Up to QAR 3,000 (all-inclusive of travel and food)

Role Overview

NXT Interactive is looking for a proactive and reliable Event Support Executive to assist in the execution of interactive and tech-enabled event experiences. This is a contract-based role requiring flexibility, mobility, and hands-on support during event setups and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end event setup, execution, and teardown
• Assist with installation and troubleshooting of interactive and IoT-based solutions
• Coordinate on-ground logistics and ensure smooth event operations
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors during live events
• Travel to event locations as required

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IoT (Internet of Things) systems and event tech setups
• Ability to communicate in spoken Arabic and English
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event schedules
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Prior experience in events, activations, or technical support is a plus

Additional Information

• This is a 1-month contract role, with potential for extension based on performance and project requirements
• Candidates must be available for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends during event days
