Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and personable Talent Coordinator and Casting Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing communication between our team and talent, organizing essential paperwork, maintaining our talent roster, and scouting new talent to enhance our productions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in event production who excels in communication and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with our team and talent to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize and manage paperwork related to talent and events.
• Maintain and update our talent roster.
• Keep spreadsheets current with relevant information.
• Scout and evaluate new talent to expand our entertainment offerings.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in event production or a related field.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Suite: Drive, Sheets, Docs, GVoice, etc
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Personable and approachable with a passion for entertainment.

Compensation:

• Hourly Independent Contractor position, based on experience.
