Salary - 25000 to 40000

Key Responsibilities:

Show Running & Execution

• Lead end-to-end show flow for live events, ensuring seamless coordination between technical, creative, and client-facing teams
• Manage stage cues, talent movements, AV transitions, and time-bound segments with precision
• Conduct rehearsals and dry runs to ensure show readiness

Event Operations

• Oversee on-ground event setup, vendor coordination, and logistics
• Ensure timely execution of production elements including staging, lighting, sound, and branding
• Troubleshoot operational challenges swiftly and efficiently during live events

Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand event briefs and translate them into executable plans
• Create detailed run sheets, production timelines, and contingency plans
• Liaise with clients, artists, and suppliers to align expectations and deliverables

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in event management, show running, or live production
• Strong understanding of technical and creative aspects of events
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Calm under pressure, with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event days

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
