Role Overview
We are seeking an Events Business Development Executive with proven experience in the events industry to lead client acquisition, manage tenders and RFPs, and drive high-value business growth. This role requires someone with both sales expertise and creative insight, capable of winning major accounts, closing deals, and overseeing smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the events sector.

Lead and manage the full process for tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring competitive, high-quality submissions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top companies and brands.

Leverage and expand existing client networks to accelerate business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling event solutions and creatives tailored to client needs.

Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.

Act as client lead during live event execution to ensure flawless delivery.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Requirements

Proven track record in business development or sales within the events industry.

Strong knowledge of tenders, RFQs, and RFP processes.
