Reports To: VP of Product Management and Marketing
Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events & Campaign Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a central part in planning and executing events that bring our brand to life — from industry conferences and trade shows to webinars and customer-facing activations. You will also develop marketing campaigns that drive lead generation for core products across marketing channels.
Essential Functions
Event Management
· Coordinate end-to-end logistics for trade shows, customer meetings, webinars, and virtual events — including vendor management, booth coordination, speaker scheduling, and on-site execution
· Own event timelines, budgets, and project plans from kickoff through post-event wrap
· Management and coordination of tradeshow booth properties and demo equipment
· Work with scientific team on abstract submissions and deadlines
· Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external event partners
· Track event performance metrics and deliver post-event reports with clear findings and recommendations
· Maintain master events calendar, keeping all deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies on track
Campaign Management:
· Support the development and execution of event-driven marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels
· Assist in creating customer-facing materials including application notes, brochures, and webinar content
· Manage the design vendor relationship, coordinating feedback and approvals across campaign projects
· Build and implement campaigns in HubSpot, including messaging, promotional copy, and lead generation workflows
· Write and edit MarCom content to ensure customer focus, strong value propositions, clear calls to action, and brand compliance across all programs

Travel
This position is based remotely from a home office with regular work in the Billerica, MA office.
Job Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 15lbs
Education and Experience
· 0-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field (internships count)
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field
· Proficiency with MS Office
· Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
