Events Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with the company’s objectives. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, handling budgets, and ensuring a smooth event experience from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute company events, conferences, exhibitions, and social activities.
  • Coordinate all event logistics including venue setup, catering, transportation, and equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control.
  • Manage event registration, invitations, and guest communications.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, execution, and post-event breakdown.
  • Evaluate event success and prepare reports with feedback and recommendations.
  • Maintain records, databases, and documentation related to event planning and performance.
  • Support marketing and communications related to event promotion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required.
